Payments
If a custom &/or personalized item with Name or Dates is ordered, you change your mind and want to cancel it must be done in 24 Hours, as long as we have not shipped your item. After 24 hours only 50% of the cost plus shipping will be refunded as long as we have not shipped your item. We start on designs of Memorial Stones within 24 hours of ordering.

We ship 99% of our items we offer by USPS PRIORITY MAIL. You are sent a conformation when the item you ordered is shipped. We run about 2 weeks to ship any Custom Personalized Item.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If your ordered item is a "Personalized/Custom Personalized" , they are NON-REFUNDABLE. When ordering please double check what you want engraved.
If your item is damaged in shipping or lost, we will replace it for you. We do ask that you keep the damaged packing and or item, as we will need pictures to fill a claim with the shipping source.
If an item that is NOT Custom or Personalized is returned, the shipping is the buyers responsibility both ways (shipped to you and your shipping back).
